The Country Trunk Return Policy

The Country Trunk offers the highest quality products.  If you are not satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 15 days from date of shipment. 

We will refund the amount of the items returned less a 15% restocking fee. 
We must be notified prior to the item being returned. 
Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

After 15 days from date of shipment we cannot offer refunds.  If there is a problem with a product due to manufacturers defect we will replace the item with a new one.
